Now the point is Who to buy used tools from?  It's a good idea to save money by purchasing used equipments but it's also important to not buy the first used tools you can find. You can easily find number of sellers on the net and you will meet many if you start visiting flea markets, but some equipments can result in wastage of money indeed.

Theres a fine line b/w the tools you need if you have the woodworking craft as a profession and the ones you need if you  have woodworking as a hobby. You have to be very careful if you have this as a profession. You cant waste your money buying a tool  that can't be used for your woodworking projects and in that case you should buy used woodworking equipments from the shop that sells them. Thats the best option as they will be able to meet your demands and you will get the desired equipment. Both parties will be happy with such a deal since you will save money and they will make money.

Now the question arises How old tools can you buy? You might be wondering this for sure.It doesn't really matter how old it is since some machines and tools can be reconditioned. This means the motor can be replaced and that will turn an old machine almost into a new one. It's not a good idea to buy a 15 year old machine with the original motor left in it though. That means you are just wasting your money and that's probably the last thing you want.  Just Try to find used woodworking equipment for a low cost. Don't run behing the price all the time,as  quality is the most important thing after all and that's all you need.
